My diet is not very good.
I usually eat:
Breakfast- apple
I snack on almonds, crackers, tortilla chips and dried fruit until supper.
Supper- cooked mixed vegetables, with soysause (I usually put tofu in to, but we ran out a few days ago), toast and hemp seed.
I also take clacium suplements everyday.
I find it hard to stop snacking, and eat far to much.
I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to improve my diet.

Thank you!

From what you listed you eat very healthy and not that much either. THere are lots of people who, instead of eating 3 square meals a day, eat several snacks (called 'grazing') throughout the day. It's actually better for your metabolism because it keeps it going constantly and therefore it doesnt slow down like it may between big meals far apart. It may feel like you're eating lots but from what you listed you probably arent..

I see very little protein. What helps me keep my appetite (aka sweet tooth) under control is eating protein at every meal (three meals a day) - at least 15 grams at each meal.

Good fats can also help keep's appetite satified. The almonds are a start.
