Okay... I am really health concious anyway... and I am always afraid there is something wrong with me. I have been on Nuva Ring for about 6 months, and I have basicly had a constant yeast infection. I have been to the gyno, been tested for disease and all that stuff. She swears to me that I have a yeast infection and thats it! but I can't get rid of the yeast infections. I have been on all the different meds. and have followed the advice of the gyno. But it never goes away... I plan on switching birth control soon because that could be the cause... but I worry so much... I almost cry every night just thinking about it... could something be wrong with me??

Women using Nuva Ring do complain about chronic yeast infections. But, are you sexually active? If so, has your partner been treated? If not, he could be reinfecting you.

I am sexually active, but he has never had symptoms-We are very open about the situation. However I am calling my Gyno tomorrow-maybe we should treat him reguradless. Thanks for letting me in on the "nuva ring-chronic yeast infection" that helps
