I have just decided to lose alot of weight. Right now im at about 270, but i would like to get down to 220 or 210. My diet has been basically diet soda, foods with very few calories, and no fat. And i exercise 1 hour per day. I just ordered a bottle of Stacker 3, does this stuff work? And any other suggustions for losing weight would be greatly appriciated. Thanks

My first suggestion is to make sure you are getting ENOUGH calories..and spread those calories out into 6 small meals per day..ALWAYS make sure you eat breakfast..your body needs it to kick start your metabolism. What type of exercise are you doing each day?Drink at least 80-100 oz of WATER per day.Avoid as much sugar as possible and stick to lean proteins, fresh veggies and limit your carbs!! Good luck...also, if you arent already, you might want to include some type of strength training as well as cardio.

I basically do alot of cardio and some weight lifting. I usually have about 3 meals a day. Im not really counting the calories, but i estimate i have been taking in about 700 per day. I havent been drinking alot of water though.

700 cals is nowhere near enough. You generally shouldn't drop under 1200ish as you body needs that much just to carry out your bodily functions. If you eat too few cals, your body will cling onto fat as it'll think you're starving and any extra fat it gets it'll hord away instantly. It'll also slow your metabolic rate to conserve energy (making fat loss even harder) and will start to eat into your own muscle mass for energy. You may lose weight, but it won't be fat and you'll end up being lighter but with less muscle and more fat, ie less toned and more saggy/lumpy.
