Has anyone incorporated calcium into their diet plans to see if it really does aid in weight loss as Micheal Zemmel's reseach implies? If so, is it working?

Hello, I take calcium supplements and eat light cheeses that have no more than 4 g. fat per serving and fat free ice cream. I've heard about milk helping people loose weight, but it never worked for me. I think there's supposed to be a study on it. I gain like crazy if I eat whole milk products so it's not effective to me.
