Hi! I'm a very picky eater. I don't like meat but i also don't like vegetables. It's really hard for me to find food that I like to eat. My parents are always worried that there is something wrong with me. I want to eat but most things gross me out. I was wondering if there is something wrong with me or if it's just normal. Thanks a bunch

If you do not like meat and you do not like vegetables, what do you eat? Fruit and bread?

How old are you? How do you *know* you don't like meat and vegetables? When is the last time you tried these foods? You'll find that as you get older, your tastes will change and foods that you used to despise will taste great. Every few months or so, re-try something.

Also, maybe you don't like green beans and peas, but have you tried bell peppers, broccoli, brussel sprouts, asparagus, raw spinach? There are a LOT of vegetables out there - I'm sure you haven't tried them all just yet.

As far as meat goes .. do you get protein from other sources? Do you eat things like nuts, nut butters, cheese, yogurt, milk? What about beans? Do you like baked beans or black beans or kidney beans?

Maybe you could look through some cook books with your parents and pick out new recipies that you think sound interesting to fix and taste. Recipies that have foods in them that you've liked before, in combination with maybe something you've never had.
