OK I've been seeing this girl for 6 weeks. For the past 2 weeks we've had sex 3 times, all protected from start to finish. The condom worked as advertised, I even filled it up with water at the end to make sure it did not break.
About a week after our first time, I started feeling like tingling or maybe some pain at the tip of my penis. I only feel something if I press the tip or when I think about. I have no discharge.
About 2 years ago I was diagnosed with chlamydia and got treated. I did not have sex again for 8 months but had this tingling and pain feeling. It wasn't until I got retested a the 6 month point and everything came back negative that the pain/tingling went away. It was instant.
She told me that she broke up with her boyfriend in March and has had full STD tests and been given a clean bill of health. I believe her, but you never know.
My questions is do you think this is stress or something to be concerned about. Should I go to the doctor?

Does the condom you're using have Spermicide? Sometimes it can cause an allergic reaction in some men and it can feel much like what you described.
Still, I would get checked out just in case. Never hurts to be sure!

Yes, it has spermicide. Still no discharge and no pain or tingling unless I think about it. Also, no pain when I urinate. I hate wondering and trying to self diagnose.

Sounds like a mental issue. If go to the extremes of filling up the condom with water, that shows you have some issues. But, when in doubt, go get tested.
