Hi I just purchased the Acutrim natural dietary supplement and weight loss system, Im wondering if anyone has used this product, is it really safe? And if you have had any results? Thank you

What are the active ingredients? Just because a pill is called "all natural" doesn't make it healthy. I would recommend asking a doctor or pharmacist.

Well, I don't see any ingredients that I've heard of being blatantly harmful. I have heard that Chromium is NOT helpful with weight loss, but I don't think it'll hurt you. I still recommend asking a doctor or pharmacist. Go to the local pharmacy, the pharmacist there can probably tell you if s/he's heard good reviews/bad and what common side effects are.
