I've seen some other posts similar to this, but they seem to have died down. Jump on in, if you're interested.

My plan for today is:
B: ww bagel w/ 1tbsp. cc, 1/2tbsp. jelly, and 1 cup of OJ (395, 5g)
S: FF yogurt, banana (180, 1g)
L: beef & broccoli, white rice, 2 crab rangoon, diet Dr. Pepper (?)
S: carrots, Ranch (180, 14g)
D: baked chicken, 1/2c. 3 cheese potatoes, 1/2c. green beans, 1c. 1% milk (410, ?)

My calorie goal is about 1600 calories. I count fat, but don't really have a goal there.

Yesterday -- not bad. Did have a couple of handfuls of pistachios (sp) last night, which I regretted, but which probably also put me a closer to a 1600 calorie day, which isn't too bad.

Today's plan:

B: Yogurt and Tea (120)
L: L/F Turkey Sausage (120)
S: Fruit and Milk (120)
D: Salad (Cobb) (500)
S: Fruit (140)

Total (before cheating): 1000

Cross - I hope that you intend to cheat. 1,000 calories is not enough for any adult woman. You shouldn't drop your calories below 1200 w/o a doctor's supervision and probably need more like 1500 calories to lose weight in a healthy manner.
