Here's my plan:
B: 1 egg, 1 slice bacon, 2 ww toast, 1 tbsp. B&B, 6oz OJ (398, 14g)
S: yogurt, banana (180, 1g)
L: salad bar (?)
S: carrots, 1 tbsp. Ranch (110, 7g)
D: 1c. mostccoli (sp?), 1/2c. green beans, 1c. milk (~470)
As long as I keep lunch around 450 calories, I'll be at goal for the day. I'm hoping for soup & salad or salad & baked potato.
