i was wondering if anyone has had any experience with using a diaphram? does it have to be fitted, does it come in differetn sizes? is it a pain to get in and out? is it uncomfortable? im currently on the pill, but Im wanitng to get off it and try something non hormonal. advice would be great! :wave:
