I have so many mixed emotions when it comes to these diet pills. They are tempting, absolutely, but do I want to risk my health? I hear personal trainers saying if they are used correctly that they are fine, and really help to keep you in shape. Then I hear nutritionists say they are really bad and can cause a plethora of problems down the road. I have been struggling to get these last few pounds off, but I don't know if I want to resort to pills, it's embarrasing.. And also there are hundreds of different diet pills out there, all better than the other of course, lol.
I'm kind of torn right now, what are your opinions on this topic?

Don't bother. The only thing those pills will permanently make thinner is your wallet.
Do you want to take a diet pill for the rest of your life?
The diet pill industry is NOT regulated by anyone and the examples shown in magazines and touted on-air are not typical results. The claims are often bogus and the ingredients are not always posted accurately.
If it were really possible to pop a pill and lose weight, then we wouldn't have an obesity problem in this country.

Diet pills are scientifically formulated to promote weight loss. Simply list the ingredients on the profile, and then research each nutrient to find out excactly what it does in the human body.
