was just wondering if any of you ocders and/or depression people out there have had any progress with meditation and if it has helped at all?

I've tried...sometimes still try...I personally have not had much luck with it. I'll get comfortable, start focusing on my breathing, then spend the next thirty minutes worrying if I'm sitting right, or breathing right, or that I'm doing something wrong that won't let my mind slow down, empty out, whatever :) The deep breathing *does* feel good though-lol...I'd like to hear if meditation has worked for anyone else, too...maybe he or she could give some helping hints...

deep bro.....
yeah - it makes me feel better.
That, prozac, patience and the acceptance that I`m crazy.

Good one Jen.
You nut.
Just kidding.
Seriously - sometimes I can only laugh at this illness/madness/Delusion in my head.

I laugh at it all the time...that's how I survive :) Besides, when you're not right in the middle of it, it can be kinda funny...
