Hi all,
My legs regularly ache, sometimes to the point that I cannot stand as my legs shake. I'm only 21 years old, and I've had this problem all of my life. I always thought it was 'growing pains', as when I was a child my mother was worried and took me to the doctor who said it was growing pains. But now I've stopped growing, I'm kinda confused as to what I should do.
Over the past year or so, its been targetting my knees mostly, all the way up to my pelvis. Its like a warm shooting pain that is really hard to describe. The pain only goes away with pain killers or A LOT of rest.
I don't do much high impact excercise - so I know its nothing muscular. I know when my muscles ache, and this is not it.
What should I do? Does it sound like I should go to a doctor?
