I'm in my 60's not too bad as far as aging but my arms are wrinkled & sagging. I am also thin so this doesn't help. Lost alot of weight w/IBS. I hate to wear a sleeveless top anymore really looks "old" Anything to help that?

Exercise to strenthen arm muscles and use lots of lotion or cream to keep skin soft and supple. My upper arms have firmed up already just from lifting 2 lb. weights every day. Amazing how well the loose skin has shrunk too, and I am much older than you, but, I am the opposite in weight.

Thanks for reply, I have been using weights for about a month now 1st 3lbs now 5lbs but don't see any difference. What kind of excersize did you do w/them? Also what kind of cream did you use? I am going on a cruise in Dec & hate to wear anything without sleeves, really look like "old lady arms" all of a sudden my skin is wrinkling even my legs.

I have been using weights for about 3 months. Feet are ailing due to plantar fasciitis and cannot walk treadmill.

My exercise routine is to sit on a large exercise ball holding weights and bouncing up and down on ball. On the down bounce I heave with the weights in doward motion, not too hard. Be sure and keep shoulder muscles in the back contracted to avoid problems with the upper arms. I hold upper arms downward and lower arms stretched out with weights in hands.

I bounce 50 times then roll back and forth 15 times on ball keeping feet flat on floor in same place, this tightens tummy muscles. Next I sit still and raise weights above head with arms straightened out slowly exhaling on the raising part and exhale on lowering part. Back to bouncing , repeat the 3 things for about 30 minutes. While rolling back and forth I rest weights on legs to rest so they will not be too tired for the bounce or raising.

Cetaphil lotion or cream is good. Use morning and night for best results. My cupboard is full of various lotions and cream, just call it a store!! However, the Cetaphil seems to work the best.

Be sure and drink lots of water to keep skin hydrated, at least 8 glasses per day other than coffee, tea, or soda pop. I am not a water drinker but have to work at it.

I had gotten theball but brought it back couldn't seem to get used to it. I started w/a 3lb weight but now use a 5lb one do 50 w/each arm bending up & down then 25 over my head straight up & down. I also read to hold fists next to your face & take turns like you were punching someones shoulder in front of you. I will try that cream I also have tons of creams & herbs. Not only for myself but don't want to get all withered since I'm married to a man 10yrs younger then me for 29yrs now. Thanks for the advice again.
