Just trying to figure out if it's the MS or two separate issues... Anyone else experience the usual pins & needles or burning in one or both feet, and have swelling shortly thereafter?
My neuro says I am not in exacerbation, but I sure am on a wild ride lately!

Kelli, I haven't noticed a correlation between the two, but when I fly my feet swell. Also have worse tingling/numbness after.
I'm in Las Vegas right now, flew in yesterday and ended up standing in lines for several hours then walking a lot. Everything was more tingly and feet were swollen and painful by the time I finally fell into bed. I'm trying real hard to make sure I don't overdo today. I hope you are finding away to get rest!!!

Lilc...you have GOT to be the most well-traveled person I know of! LOL! Hey...does flying ever bother your symptoms, besides the swollen feet?
I have a neuro-vascular issue (migraine-related)to keep the MS company in my head and whenever the barometric pressure fluctuates, I get some nasty pain and a load of dizziness. This has made me very afraid to fly because of changes in cabin pressure. I have had to turn down trips to Latvia and Africa this year..Guatemala last year..because we weren't sure what it would do to my head.
I checked with my sister who also has MS. She has had similar swelling in her feet related to the pins and needles we all sometimes experience....swelling just like what I have been experiencing.
Hope you get some rest....don't overdo it gal! You're the only "Lilc" we've all got!!
