I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and dyspepsia. The gastro did 2 endoscopies for candida esophigitis. My diet is limited to only fresh foods with no spices. I am only 17 years old, but I feel like my body is falling apart - inside and out. There's not much I can eat.
I need advice on how to treat and live with my problems. I'm going insane with dead end diagnosises and doctors offering no help. I just want my life back. I want to eat a regular meal. I love to cook, but I don't know what I can cook that I can eat.
