LOTS of GOOD LUCK to you, kingam!!! :D

Hang in there, it is SO worth it, and it becomes easier each and every week, until one day, you start noticing that you don't really crave them anymore. I am at that point now, (23 months), and the thought of smoking makes me sick now, and being anywhere around it!

Keep it going...

Hi! I'm new here. Today is my first day. 14 hours since last cig. I think I'm more addicted to the physical aspects of lighting and puffing, rather than the nicotine. Has anyone successfully used the non-nicotine menthol inhalers?

Good luck to you! Good job! I think this is my second week of being smoke free--I am trying not to focus on it too much so I have sort of forgot where I am at on how many days its been. Drinking water helps and keeping busy.
Good luck, you are headed in the right direction!

Way to go, Kingam!

Just as an alcoholic can't touch another sip, we can't have another drag--EVER! Sucks huh...but that's the way it is. I have quit too many times before, and two times went over 1 year. Guess some of us have to learn the hard way... it's now been 23 months since I quit, and I plan to make this one last forever. Too hard to do this over and over, and I'm too happy to blow it now.
Congratulations, and it sounds like you've learned a good lesson the last time you quit/relapsed. :)
Long lasting success to you..
Deda
