someone out there PLEASE tell me if i did bad today, here is what i've had to eat so far:
2AM BREAKFAST(i couldn't sleep again, so just decided to have breakfast since i was completely starving): lentil soup and 1 whole wheat english muffin (plain)
7:30AM: Plain cappuccino
10:30AM 2small lean turkey patties, 3/4 cup all natural granola
12:30pm: lentil soup with some black beans added and fresh cut fruit(honeydew squares, cantelope squares,strawberry slices, 4 grapes)
3:15PM: 1/4 cup Raisins
is this going to make me gain weight???

Hello Camille,
the food you list sounds pretty healthy. I don't like the idea of thinking of food as "good" or "bad".
What is your goal? Do you want to gain weight, or are you afraid to gain weight? Are you underweight, overweight, or normal?
One thing I thought when I read through your list: Lentil soup at 2am... See, I often eat in the middle of the night too, I sometimes wake up hungry, but I am not sure if maybe lentil soup is something that would keep me awake... ;-)... I usually opt for something easy to digest, like bread and fruit, maybe some yogurt, maybe a little bit of peanut butter on my bread if I am really hungry.
