Sponsor boysboysboys 08-29-2005, 11:09 PM So far I haven't been asked for any proof of residency, but I have just started the long paperwork process-times two for twins :) boysboysboys 08-29-2005, 11:23 PM Here is a site that might be helpful to you. http://dhfs.wisconsin.gov/ I'm sure the residency question is answered somewhere in the site, but I couldn't find it. Maybe you could ask them using the "contact us" link. good Luck! Traciedee 09-02-2005, 10:36 AM I would use an old utiltiy bill or contact an old utility you had for a credit reference or history of payments. Also an old pay stub with your old address would do or a copy of past tax return for when you lived there. sjdaud 09-03-2005, 09:14 AM Old mail sent to you at a residence address should do it. Altneratively, driver's license and old paychecks from work in the state should also do it. A voter card should also do it. Coming from a former student who always needed to prove residence to avoid out-of-state tuition. |
