I Lived In Wausau For 6 Months, Then In Madison For 2 Years.
What Do They Ask For For You To Prove This?

So far I haven't been asked for any proof of residency, but I have just started the long paperwork process-times two for twins :)

Here is a site that might be helpful to you. http://dhfs.wisconsin.gov/ I'm sure the residency question is answered somewhere in the site, but I couldn't find it. Maybe you could ask them using the "contact us" link. good Luck!

I would use an old utiltiy bill or contact an old utility you had for a credit reference or history of payments. Also an old pay stub with your old address would do or a copy of past tax return for when you lived there.

Old mail sent to you at a residence address should do it. Altneratively, driver's license and old paychecks from work in the state should also do it. A voter card should also do it.

Coming from a former student who always needed to prove residence to avoid out-of-state tuition.
