If anyone has had to take Plan B.. have their periods came on time or later? Did you experience normal pms symptoms before you got your period? I feel like even though I took it within 24 hours of unprotected sex, it didn't work for me. :confused:

Most women get their periods later than they expect.

It's very unlikely that it "didn't work" if you took it as directed.

Have you made arrangements to get on hormonal birth control for the future?

I took PLAN B in July. My period actually came a week EARLIER than expected and lasted only 3 days compared to my usual 5 or 6 days. I didnt really experience much pms signs tho..and i took my within 24hrs..actually 12 hrs after my unprotected encounter..and everything turned out fine for me. so im sure u will be fine also. its very effective ..did u take them both at same time..or one then one 12 hrs later?

I've taken it before because the condom broke. My period came very early (almost 2 weeks early) than usual. Other than that, everything worked out fine. I'm on the pill now so I don't have to worry about things like that happening anymore.

Also, I took mine about 30 hours after it happened.

i took the two pills at once. It's good to hear experiences becuase i'm still on birth control(kept taking it regularaly after taking Plan B), so i think that it will come on time...?

Not necessarily. Many women on birth control still have an irregular period after using Plan B. Why did you use Plan B if you are already on birth control?
