For anyone who did the titrated doses at the start of therapy... I have a question. I am still at .25 and after 8 shots you are supposed to go up to .50. My 8th shot falls on the night I start my cruise to Bermuda. I have not had any reaction thus far, but who knows when doubleing the dose. Does anyone think it would be a problem to start the .50 on my th dose, before I leave for the cruise, and see how I react. Insteatd of starting it the night I am on the cruise and ruining my vacation? Probably not a big deal... but I feel better asking. :)

going to the .75 didn;t bother me any at all,,, just make sure u take ur tylenol or whatever u take first before the shot. i did 2 weeks of .25,, then 2 weeks of .50 then 2 weeks of .75 then in 2 weeks i went to the full dose. i know everyone reacts diff,, but i didn;t have any problems at all,,,, the only problems i ever had getting the flu like symptoms was if i tried a shot without the tylenol,,, then i got a fever and some aches and pains,,, now after a yr i don;t even need the tylenol anymore.
