View Full Version : Sorting out "GREENS" (chlorophyll, algae,...)

Not sure if I'm in the right place, so please excuse if the topic isn't relevant, but... I'm wondering about "Green" foods - in general, trying to sort out the different ones (algae, chlorophyll, etc.) and see which one is "BEST," or just what the different ones are good for so i can try to streamline my regimen... Also, I'm hearing now about "frozen" blue-green algae (aphanizomenon flos-aque ?) liquid, and was wondering if it really makes a difference whether you get the frozen kind (instead of a regular liquid extract), whether it's really worth the extra money. I'd love any information anyone has, even if you think it might not help, it just might :) This board is so wonderful with the way everyone helps each other out!
