I am recovering from prostate cancer, diagnosed a yr ago and finished radiation, external and internal just under a yr ago. I am experiencing alot of rectal pain, bleeding and painful urination...any advice on how long it will last, what to do to help eleviate the discomfort...dr's don't seem to have much advice.

Jayjenne - I noticed that you had received no response to your question. I can't help very much, as my experience involved RRP. Seems that most of the folks on this board went with either RRP or Robotics. Thought I'd give you this limited response to get your appeal for help to the top of the page again and hopefully someone who, like you, opted for radiation will respond with the help you need.
