I lived in Wausau for 6 months & madison for a total of 2 years.
What did they have you provide to prove 6 months residency? (mortgage/lease/electric bill/ or INCOME TAX RETURN).
thank you

You have to be a current resident in wisconsin for the past 6 months. For example, I'm from Nevada, but I havent lived there for over 3 years. If I moved back, I wouldn't be considered a resident until a certain time has passed....
Alot of people come to wisconsin to recieve these services.... how old is your child? I know to be eligible for the autism waiver, your child has to be 5 or younger. However I think they do make exceptions.....
Let me know if you need any more info, or if I can help you in any other way...
Good Luck! :p

what I mean is that I have financial issues so since the last time I had an apartment in madison, I have dad to live with friends in the area.
Does that count that I don't have a mortgage or lease?
