As you can see, I'm not sure what is going on nor am I sure I put this under the right thread. If not, I apologize.
In June of this year I had an ectopic pregnancy. After trying the Methotrexate and being unsuccessful, I had to have the pregnancy removed through surgery. Now I know being pregnant throws the body into a hormone frenzy so I am sure that could be part of the issue I am having, but then to have it removed I am sure only added to the frenzy.
Since my surgery, my cycle in July was normal. Same ole same ole. But on August 1st I started my next cycle. I went until the 9th. On the 13th I started my cycle again and am still having it right now. I have contacted my OB/GYN and he has said this is normal but there is nothing he can do. I can not take bc pills or any form of bc to try and regulate me because I have secondary hypertension plus I am 35. Taking any type of bc would be a death sentence for me at this point until my bp is regulated.
Has anyone ever experienced something like this after an ectopic? I don't see how anyone having that length of a flow could be "normal". I have NO energy, I am so moody I hate myself, I am spending a fortune in products, my son wants to leave home and go live his Grandma and I don't blame him. If I could leave myself behind and go live somewhere else I'd do it too. That's how bad I am right now. Any ideas? New gyno maybe? Thanks in advance and sorry if this is posted in the wrong thread.
