Hi girls

Does anyone know what effect travel has on ovulation and cycles? DH (well dear fiance) and I are travelling to Mauritius in October to get married and although we have been ttc for 5 months now, nothing has happened, so we are really hoping for a honeymoon baby! But I'm just wondering what effect long haul flying and time zone changes etc will have on my ovulation?

Anone had any similar experiences?
