iv had this done twice and have always been amazed at how much "waste" comes out of me!!!!

has anyone else here had it done and did you feel much better as in more healthier after it?

do you know how many it is safe to get done?

mine were spaced two month apart andi thinkim gona have one every two month.

It's been many years since I had a colonic. I had 8 during a three week period. After 8, the technician mentioned that the water coming out of the colon was clear and that I didn't need anymore. The person that I went to was highly recommended and had been doing colonics for many years. How many depends on the condition of the colon. I doubt if one would be enough. Prior to each visit I used a colon cleanser the night before. Currently, I use a colon cleanser on a regular basis that I mix with a combination of juice & water in a blender. I use this about every three days late in the evening before bedtime. The one that I use has psyllium and oat brain.

i've always been interested in getting one done. do you mind me asking how much yours cost to get done?

When I went it was about $40 which was many years ago. The session is 45 minutes. I'm guessing that it would be about $80 today. I've read so many articles on the enormous importance of maintaining a healthy and clean colon.

im trying to get in good health and colonics definatly help, i am gona have them on a regular basis now.

That was many years ago and at the time there was a need for that many. Since then I have been taking a colon cleanser on a regular basis. However, I may consider a few more colonics in the near future. A healthy colon is crucial to good health.
