Ok, still on the topid of green food supplements... Does anyone know of a really super, truly gluten-free, green food supplement? One, perhaps, that does not contain wheat grass or barley grass or any other ~potentially~ gluten-containing ingredient. I would love to know.

Cheers,

I use "Perfect Food" by Garden of Life, which does say "gluten free" on the label... BUT it DOES contain wheat grass and barley grass.

You can buy plain chlorella and spirulina supplements (those are algae), instead of the green-food combinations that have all kinds of stuff in them. These would definitely be gluten free.
