Hello everyone....

When CM is produced does that mean you have ovulated or is it that you are about to?? (My cycles are between 32-35 days and CM usually comes between 14-17 days after the first day of my period)

Also....I know when to use/take robitussin and EPO but what about green tea??? What does this do and when do you drink it???
