Hello about 4 months ago I started noticing these little pimple like white warts on the shaft on my penis, they are quite hard but don’t hurt. I have been doing allot of research and I don’t think they are herpes or genital warts, but then again I'm no expert. Does anyone have something similar to these?

Also on one of the pics I have these blisters by the lower area of my stomach below the navel and right above my pubic area, these have been showing up around the same time the "warts" did. The thing with these is I have started to notice that once in a while I will get a similar blister on my lip and hand. I only get one at a time when it’s not near my pubic area, and I have only seen them on my hand and lower outer lip? Any ideas if this is an std? my girlfriend started to notice the blister like pimples on her right before I started to notice it on me, so I’m not sure if she gave them to me or not? Because we are only active with each other.
