Hey.. i just switch from being on Levlen-28 to the Nuvaring and i was wondering if i had to wait awhile before the nuvaring became active as birthcontrol.. or if it'll start working ont he first month.

It's said that as long as you start the new form of BC when you were to start the old form, you're protected. However, there's nothing wrong with abstaining/using a back-up method for 7 days after starting the new method as an added precaution.
