Hi
Anyone else not happy with the Ovulation tests? I used them last month and I had a positive test for 4 days in a row. So I though that meant a good thing. But I found out that the test don't really tell what day you ovulated. They tests don't really have clear instructions some say use first morning urine, some say not to. The whole surge thing is confusing  . I recently bought some new pg and ovulations test. I just got off af and wanted to use a ovulation test just to see what it said. And I got a faint line. What is the likely hood of ovulating after af I know it is possible. But is it rare? Or maybe the test is messed up. I read that every cycle can be different and a woman can ovulate at different times during her cycle, even if it is regular.

Fairy,
I tried using those ovulation tests for a couple months and had bad results. I found that either I had a positive for many days or the next month I had a hard time knowing if I had seen the surge or not.. the whole thing just drove me to the brink of madness and I said that I wouldn't bother with them any more. I think that if I could not be so confused(stressed) out on when I am O'ing or not, the whole experience might be better.
I'm not real sure on the O'ing right after AF, bec I too have had similiar experiences too, that month.. I did start seeing EWCM around the CD 9. Anything's possible I guess.

According to my cycle of 28days, I should ovulate around day 14, so I duly took the test strips from day 11 like instructed and nothing happened. I used all 7 of them and never got a two liner. :( I have been religiously taking my temperature though and that would point to me ovulating around day 17-18 of my cycle, so who knows what to trust!! My temps stayed consistanly higher after the low and high surge for about 5 days and I had slight cramps/twinges the whole time. Not sure if anything is going on in there towards me getting my BFP as I have not had my regular spotting this month. Fingers crossed for us both Fairy!!

I have decided not to use the O tests anymore they drive me nuts. Wishing you tons of baby dust ladies. I just know this month is going to be the month!
