Alright, so I just turned 18 less than a week ago, so I'm 18... just clearing the age up. And I'm also an athlete. It's the summer, so it's been the offseason for a couple months now. I'd say I'm still in fairly good shape. I've worked out a lot during the summer, and ran a bit, especially recently, trying to get back into shape for football. So, I'd say I'm a pretty healthy person. But for some reason, I seem to get these recurring headaches. And I don't know why. Like I kinda have a small one right now. They usually just hit me out of nowhere too. Like sometimes I can get two or three in a day. Usually when I go out to do anything I take a couple ibuprofen, just cause I know I'm probably gonna get one. I don't think that I have any condition that needs a doctor's analysis or whatever. What I think it is is a dietary issue. I know I've been taking a lot of protein lately becuase of working out, but other than that I guess I've somewhat been neglecting my dietary needs, as I don't necessarily eat that much. I only eat when I'm hungry, which usually ends up being twice a day, aside from my almost daily protein shake. But all that aside, my question is to whether or not these headches are caused by dietary issues or something else simple that I have control over. If someone could help me out that would be super. Thanks.
