Just looking for drink ideas besides water with no sugar, caffiene, splenda aspartame that is refreshing and inexpensive.
I do drink water 80% of the time, but would like something with a little taste that is still healthy.
Thanks

I've been drinking herbal teas and have enjoyed them very much. The grocery store doesn't have too much selection, IMO. I ended up at my mall and there are a few specialty tea stores in the malls now. The teas at the specialty stores are delicious and don't really need a sweetener. You can ice them or drink them hot, too. They're not too expensive. I paid about $20 for half pound of an exotic red/black tea blend. One teaspoon of leaves makes an eight-ounce drink, and the leaves last a year in the tin. It figures to about $0.40 per cup.
Good luck & cheers ;)

You can also buy loose herbs in bulk at health food stores or online. These are cheaper than buying bagged teas and you can make your own blends. Also, most herbs are easy to grow, so that's even cheaper if you have a garden. Some of my favorite herbs for tea:
all types of mint
anise hyssop
any of the lemony herbs (lemon balm, lemon verbena, lemongrass)
nettles
blackberry, raspberry or strawberry leaves
Another thing I like is to buy some plain unsweetened cranberry juice concentrate, and add a little of it to ice water. Okay, so that does have naturally occurring sugar, but not much. I also sometimes add lemon or lime juice.
