It might be forsyths granuals.. they are just irritated sweat glands, and i've read that men get them on their gentials often.. they dotn hurt you and theres nothing really you can do abiut them,... nearly everybody hass some form of them.. well thats what i've read anyway..I have them, and no one can notice, the dermatlogist said not to even worry about it.. its normal.. its just that sometimes they tend to darken

Stop using the Aldara, it's irritating to your skin and since you don't have HPV, it's completely pointless.
As for what you do have, my guess would be anxiety. Anxiety can magnify all normal body sensations (and even cause sensations). Besides, anything you have to kind of look at from an angle to see, and that doctors DIDN'T see, isn't a problem. It sounds like this is just how your skin is. Rather than see another medical doctor, I'd urge you to consider seeing a therapist to talk about your concerns.

Unfortunately, you may have herpes. I got similar symptoms and at first tested neg. for everything . But then Get re-tested after a few weeks. The circles in penis/hand, Plus, the pain in your legs are a clear symptoms. Do not panic. Mine is a very weak virus, as i have not had outbreaks, just some muscular pain.
