When I have not eaten for several hour, I get to shaking and pray a lot that I make for the food. Some people react differently. Whe it is too low, they may get violent. They are others who relay their low glocuse reactions. Just keep yourself healthy and eat at regular times, never skip a meal. Good luck.

Regionals,
From what you've said, especially "also when i eat a lot of sugar like 2 hours ltr i get shaky again really bad," it sounds as if you may have hypoglycemia. This can be a precursor to T2 diabetes, but not always.

In hypoglycemia, the pancreas actually produces too much insulin. If you don't give that insulin anything to work on, your blood sugar levels will go too low. Also, if you eat a lot of carbohydrates, it will prompt your pancreas to produce too much insulin, which will quickly use up the carbs and still leave you with too much free-floating insulin in your body.

One of the best ways to prevent this is to eat smaller meals more frequently (like eat 3 meals plus at least 2 snacks a day), and to make sure that you have some form of protein with every meal and snack. Never, ever eat carbs without also eating some protein. The reason for this is that it takes the body much longer to break down protein than carbs, so when your insulin has used up all the carbs, it'll still have the protein to work on.

And ask your doctor for a 5-hour glucose tolerance test, which is pretty much the only way to diagnose hypoglycemia.

Never, ever skip breakfast. That is why you are having problems. Like it was suggested, eat small meals, several times a day, or eat three meals a day with nutritional snacks in between. Good luck.

Regionals,
Riding your bike after not eating for 5 hours is guaranteed to make your blood sugar drop. Have you ever tested your blood sugar when this happens? Unless you are testing when you experience the symptoms, you have know way of knowing what is happening.

You cannot expect your body to run efficiently with little or no food! Food (most of which is converted into glucose) is the fuel your body needs in order to operate. If you continue to skip breakfast and to go for long periods without eating, you will continue to experience these symptoms.
