Hi everyone!
I just looked up some old posts on slim-fast (as frequent readers/posters will know by now this is my current "diet"/way of eating lol) and I found some quite shocking threads on slim-fast and about it containing aspartame.

Now I know that the safety of aspartame is still unresolved and that it is said to cause a few very serious diseases/illnesses if consumed over a long period of time. Now of course I checked the ingredients lists on all my slim-fast products and they actually say that all products contain sucrose which is plain table sugar - phew! ...

BUT do any of you know wether there is a different name for aspartame that could be in slim-fast? and also which other products conatain aspartame?
