Feverfew is a good thing to take for migraines. I've been taking 2 per day since late Spring and it seems to be helping. Calcium / Magnesium caplets also seem to help. I take those too. The feverfew I buy at health food stores or GNC and the Calcium/Magnesium caplets I buy at Walmart. Each one is approx. $5.00 per bottle. Cheap enough to give it a try! I hope this helps. :angel:
