Hello everyone,

I was wondering, what are some good sources of zinc?

I'd appreciate any help, thank you!

Without looking it up, the first thing that comes to my mind is seeds, nuts, and whole grains. Check that out on the internet and see if I'm right. I think sunflower seeds are especially good. Zinc is an important element for us.

The best sources of zinc are oysters, herrings, and hard or soft shell clams.

Well, now I'm a little curious. So, I checked the internet and found that oysters seem to "win the prize" by a long shot. But how many of us will eat oysters? :D

It appears (in general) that meat, eggs, seafood, dairy products, whole grains, nuts, and seeds have ample amounts of zinc. If you check the 'net, you'll see....

Kramerica, I can't add to any of the sources already listed. I can mention something that *depletes* zinc, though, especially if you're a man ;) hope you understand
