Hi,
I LOVE chocolate. I can literally eat it all day. I don't need to loose weight and I am not on a diet, but I am wondering how I can stop my cravings. I have tried to take just a handful of semi sweets and eat them to stop the craving, but i just want more.
What should I do? Is there any kind of low fat chocolate snack out there?
:)

You can eat carob chocolate that is found in the health food stores. Bur, I like it too, and I heard that there is something in chocolate that is actually good for you, just watch the sugar intake...really? We can't win on anything we eat because where there is something good for you in it, it always balances out to where there is also something bad for you in it. I had a nutritionist tell me that people can eat anything they want...the key is moderation because the body can only burn and digest so much at a time that if you eat small meals with snacks in between, you can eat anything because your body can handle the proper functioning for whatever food you eat!

Oh boy chocolate, I dream it and get excited about my next fix. I also limit myself or I would get chocolate toxic, if possible! All things in consideration, Most things in moderation. That is what I live by or try to most of the time.
