I'm in the UK and searching for a book-it may be just out- written by a woman about her experiences of being autistic in a main-stream school. I thought it was called Alien in the Playground but can't find any links. Can anyone help please?

I think I've seen the book you are talking about at Barnes and Nobble. I was looking for a book that a autistic man wrote about his expernieces growing up. I plan on going back to the book store tomorrow,if I see it would you like me to see were can buy it in the UK?

I went to the book store and they no longer had the book. I asked if they would get it back in soon or if they even knew what book I was talking about and of corse they didn't. I did go to "google.com" and typed in autistic woman authors and it popped up some books but none with the title Alien in the playground. I am sorry that I could not be of any help. Good luck with your search! If I happen to run it to the book I will post it on here. Good luck.
