recently i have not had any appetite AT ALL. i don't know what has changed in my routine but i am not hungry...i'm an 18 year old male and should be eating like a horse. i'm 6'1, 160 pounds. when i do eat, i feel like throwing up and i even do sometimes. i used to eat alot and had a very healthy appetite. has anyone ever heard of anything like this and what am i supposed to do about it.

Hello, If this has been going on for more than 7 days, you should really see a doctor. It may or may not be serious. Loss of appitite can and nausia can be caused by a variety of problems like ulcers, psycosomatic disorders, colds, flus, etc. That's why you need to get a professional opinion. Sorry I'm not much help.

Do you have any other symptoms? Are your bowels normal? Whats up with your psychological state? Any stress or emotional situations going on? What are the foods you eat most often? Need more info.
