Hi all!

I tried to post this over on headaches but no one has responded and I was thinking that maybe I would get one over here.

Does anyone know of any herbal remedies for migraines?

Thank you in advance. :)

Not big on herbs, however not an expert so won't totally dismiss them either. If you haven't tried this, these sups are very important:
Calcium and magnesium-minerals that help regulate muscular tone and to transmit nerve impulses throughout the body and the brain
Coenzyme Q10-increases blood flow to the brain and improves circulation.
DMG-improves brain oxygenation
EFAs-needed for brain cells and for fat metabolism.
Multivitamin-all nutrients in balance.
B3-increases blood flow to brain.

Still determined to use herbs?here's a few i heard about:
Feverfew-for pain
Ginkgo biloba-brain circulation
cayenne(capsicum),chamomile, ginger, peppermint, rosemary, valerian, willow bark and wormwood. There's many cautions when using herbs so please research before deciding which you may want to try.

Having said that, I believe any pain or physical clue(spots, blemishes etc) is our bodies telling us that we are either deficient or in excess of something. And I've never heard of someone being deficient of a herb. Yes i think they help but should be taken seriously cause they could have dangerous sideeffects. :)

French Horn.

None that actually work unfortunately.

Best "NATURAL" method is to identify any food (or airborne chemical) triggers and eliminate them but as for vitamins and herbs, NADA.
