Could this be GERD?

Since last night, I have had this very, very funny feeling in the back of my throat, making me feel like I am going to gag or something. It could be post-nasal drip, as I have been sneezing and coughing up mucus lately. BUT, all this throat stuff started happening after I ate a whole bunch yesterday, and then this morning I woke up with a burning sensation in my upper chest and throat. Very uncomfortable....have any of you had this? I can't go to the doctor yet because of the darn hurricane. :mad: So, what can this be? I hope it is GERD. About 2 days ago I had a bit of regurgitation after I ate, which scared the living daylights out of me. My mom then gave me an acid reducer pill, and it helped a little. Thanks for any advice you can give me!
