Apart from my migraines which are typified by a pain behind the eyes and down my neck I get these other headaches that nothing shift, not even my migraine medication. I'm assuming they're to do with my sinuses but don't come on with an infection, they just start up and no sinus medication helps. It feels as if someone is pinching the bridge of my nose harder and harder -I can't breathe through my nose and eventually they just suddenly get worse and I get vision disturbance and sickness. Does this mean they've turned into migraines? I used to be able to cope with them but that was before the sickness started. I've never found sinus problems are taken seriously- just the old go and inhale steam stuff that's never worked. Some days I can be blocked up but not get these headaches and others they just start up. Please help.
