My sister is trying to lose some weight, although she looks "overweight" she doesn't feel it, she doesn't overly eat, she walks alot, excercises, has good blood pressure and the lot... yet shes overweight :confused:
She's tried diet pills, excercising more, diets, eating less chocolate etc.. nothing seems to be working
Does anyone have an suggestions on how she could lose some weight? Or 'inches'... like i've heard a few times on this board?

The best thing to do is eat right and exercise. Cardio and weight training. I try to stick to a 1500 cal intake per day. Lots of veggies, fruit and grilled fish.

Have your sister start keeping a food diary to really see what she's eating. Make sure she includes all condiments, beverages, cream and sugar in coffee, etc all these hidden calories add up and she may be surprised that though she may not be eating a lot of food it may be a lot of calories.
