About an hour ago I took one pill of Trimpsa, and I drank lots of water for it says to and now I’m noticing a discomfort in my throat. Should I be worried?

Maybe you swallowed the pill to hard? That happens to me sometimes, those Trimspa pills are HUGE.

have another drink might help.

Give it a little time and hopefully the discomfor will pass. If not, I would consider going to the doctor. Hopefully that wont be the case though.

I drank some more water, perhaps I didn't drink enough the first time with the pill. It went away, next time I think I'll take just half of the pill.

So far the pill seems to be working, I'm not hungry at all, and that's what I wanted in a pill.

unfortunately, you'll constantly have that reaction with those pills. It make you feel as if your throat is closing in, I guess thats why there is a warning on the bottle.

I hope Trimspa works better for you than it did for me. I didn't notice much of a change. I like Lipotrexate better.

Well I'm not as hungry but this throat thing is really bugging me! I don't want to be uncomfortable, I just want a pill that will suppress my hunger, anything anyone knows of that does that, that I can purchase at Wal-Mart?

Again, Lipotrexate.
I dont know if you can get it at Wal-Mart though.
I never had that problem with Trimspa, the throat thing. Only if I didn't drink enough water to get them down.
Have you tried cutting them in half and taking the halves one at a time? Like if you take 2 in the morning, 2 afternoon, etc. cut each in half and take them that way. Worth a shot.

Yesterday I took a whole one and today I cut it in half and the throat thing was still there but I started to chew gum and it went away, odd I know.

I dont think its the size of the pill but rather the ingredients in the pill that is causing that throath blocking feeling. I am use to taking large pills (tablets and capsules) and I only had that feeling when I was taking trimspa. It felt as if my air passage was closing on me, I called the customer service line and all they told me to do was drink more water but I was already drinking 160zs when I took the pills. I must say that initally trimspa does help with controling hunger and I did lose 17lbs in a month with diet and exercise while using trimspa but while I was taking them I felt like I was about to jump off a bridge or pull my hair out. I dont think its worth it again.

Wow Avony! That's amazing how much weight you lost on Trimspa. It doesn't work as well for me and I work out every day and eat healthy. Congrats to you. I don't get the throat thing from Trimspa. Total reverse effect on me. Glad it works for you though.

Maybe you are allergic to one of the ingredients in the Trimspa and that's why you're having throat problems. Always a possibility.
