Has anyone else have trouble with their gums hurting then a couple days later turning into a blister? I have had this for 2 years and no one can help me with this problem, i was thinking maybe herpes type infection but i had a culture done and it dont show anything? My dentist dont know how to help me either, what can i do??

Has your dentist referred you to a periodontist. I would go to one and have them do an exam. They specilize in gum problems. In my opinion that is the ticket. I wouldn't wait especially if it is a reocurring problem. After you go let us know what your prognosis is I am curious to see what happens.

thanks for answering, NO im not preg. I am going to a peri dentist next Friday for this problem so will let everyone know what he says. I hope this is the right person to see about this problem cause i have been to 4 docs and no one can help me!

When you say 4 doctors are they all general dentists? I truly believe a periodontist is the one who will be able to diagnose your problem. I suffer from periodontal disease. My regular dentist knew right away after me spotting the recession that the perio is where I needed to go. I am really surprised your dentist hasn't recommended the perio visit right away! No, The 4 Doc's are. 2 MD's, ENT, and my dentist. My dentist never told me to go anywhere else and after having this problem for 2 years decided that I need to find out how to get rid of this problem. I hope the Perio can help me cause im at my last resort.
