i had a ct scan done and the results confuse me. i have to go to a chest clinic and not sure why maybe to tell me i have cancer? my ct scan says:a small 2 mm nodular density located in the lingula and one within the right middle lobe. there is no evidence of abnormal enhancements. there are no pleural effusions in the right lung near the hilum, there is a focal bleb. okay is this good or bad. any news would be helpful.

With the information given here, it's not enough to say whether this is good news or not. You need further work up.
