I decided I needed a change this past Monday. I'm 20 years old and tipping the scales at 295(.5). So I decided to start exercising more and am going to try to lose weight.

On Monday, I weighed in at 295.5 and walked 2 miles. On Tuesday, I kinda binged and had KFC... today I had McD's (Yeah, I know... I'm doing good so far, right? But I have been replacing more portions of food with more and more water!) and walked another 2 miles.

I somehow lost FOUR POUNDS in those three days. Is this just water weight?
